In bad news: The election was this close because of disenfranchisement, yes, but also gross mismanagement on the part of the Dems and the DNC, 57% of white votes went to Trump, Trump's Mussolini address from the White House never should have been aired (and his words are inspiring dangerous extremists), and new US Covid deaths have topped 1,000 for four straight days
In good news: Biden has won the presidency (now the work begins), thank you to Stacey Abrams and all the grassroots organizers who made this happen, all 4 members of The Squad won their reelections, California voted to return voting rights to felons on parole, and Oregon voted to decriminalize possession of illegal drugs
